Description: Schramm’s Apple Crisp is a spiced cyser and a celebration of Michigan fall days. We utilize locally sourced apple cider and ferment it in small batches with its own yeast. Pleasant notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and a hint of madagascar vanilla bean are added to compliment without overpowering the pure flavor of delicious Michigan apples.
