Peach Verbena Vista [Pre-Order]

Description: Mixed fermentation Saison style Ale conditioned on peaches, apricots and Barrel Ridge lemon verbena. This beer was pointedly made to include a bumper crop of Lemon Verbena that was grown at our own Barrel Ridge Farm. We used a stainless steel fermented and aged Mixed Fermentation style Saison as the base and refermented on loads of peaches with a touch of apricot to make the stone fruit character pop. We then cold conditioned on freshly picked lemon verbena leaves until we reached the height of flavor we were after and swiftly bottled the batch to lock it in. The sweet and juicy peach character is wonderfully balanced by the bright, citrusy herbaceous lemon verbena and plays perfectly into the soft nature of our House Mixed Saison culture.
