Planifolia [2025]

Description: For our third release of Planifolia— a series devoted to showcasing single-origin vanilla—we built Planifolia 2025 from a blend of stouts aged 17 to 22 months in Elijah Craig 20-Year, Willett Bourbon, and George Dickel 15-Year barrels. After thoughtful aging and blending, we conditioned the beer on Ugandan vanilla beans. The result is an opulent stout layered with notes of fudge brownie, toasted marshmallow, and warm bourbon spice, grounded by roasty depth and rich oak tannins.
