Description: Our first collaboration with our good pals Burial brewed here at Parish, inspired by their renowned IPAs dripping in Mosaic hops. And we went all in. A DIPA built on a wheat-heavy grist for a full, commanding body and loaded with all the best variations of Mosaic hops: Mosaic T90, Mosaic Incognito, and Mosaic Lupomax. Together, they became the most pure, hop-forward, and saturated Mosaic DIPA we've ever crafted.
