Description: Semi-Dry Blend Our Elmwood cider series has been available in the taproom for the last couple of years. The Elmwood Semi-Dry Blend has a touch more sweetness than our original bone-dry cider. We fermented this cider low and slow with our house yeast, leaving the perfect amount of sweetness and tons of fresh pressed apple flavor. Elmwood Semi-Dry is a blend of Honeycrisp, Gala, Empire, Cortland, Macoun, and McIntosh apples.
