Description: Dimensions of Time is our barrel-aged imperial stout blends for the Dimensions of Time Barrel Project membership. These beers sat between 13-20 months in a variety of barrels. For the blend, we have 3 Cognac barrels, Thomas Handy Rye, Old Elk, and Stagg Jr. Each variant of D.o.T is meant to inspire thoughtfulness to the complexity and nuance, or dimensions, of the beer over time.
